I had a good session this afternoon from the Golf Course Car Park, Borth. I got there around 3.30pm and found a 15 knot Southerly wind and some decebt shaped waves. I quickly rigged my 5.7m sail and my big (Fanatic Cross 100) board.

Once on the water I was nicely powered up and although the waves weren't that hig, they seemed to be jacking up and breaking further out than usual, so I was able to do three or four fairly big jumps on each run out. It was perfect jumping conditions and everything felt right. the sail felt weightless the whole time and the board didn't feel too biug, so I was nicely under control even in the air.

I also managed a few average wave rides on the way back in, but nothing special as I was only just powered up enough to hold my ground upwind. Which meant I didn't want to bear away too much and head off doen the waves.

Once again, a good session all on my own at Borth. And I'm still amazed at how warm that wetsuit it...its far too hot!
